Mystic kick is ready to add its name to the amazing roster of Canadian artists that have taken the world by storm. Mystic kick is a 4 piece power house with members to include; Jason Richards - Lead Vocal, Kyle Watters – Bassist & Backup Vocals as well as Founder of Mystic Kick, Dave Foster on Lead Guitar, and Tommy Hobbs on Drums. Mystic Kick is one of the best Quinte area bands around.
Mystic Kick demands to be noticed as one of Canada’s stronger up and coming tribute Bands with Classic Rock Covers from the early 60's to present with a touch of their own style and flare. Mystic Kick is also working on some new original material for the near future
. Mystic Kick has been performing music since 2005. You have see them at the Belleville Waterfront Festival as well as other festivals, several bars, clubs, private parties, weddings and type other venues. In Mystic Kicks short career the band has accomplished a lot.
Mystic Kick has shared the stage with Finger Eleven, Ill Scarlett, The Joys, Ryan Malcolm’s band Low level Flight to name a few. Mystic Kick also has had many great musicians in the past as a part of their band such as Canadian Celebrity Zack Werner (Canadian Idol Judge) as a front man for the past 2 years up until May of 2011.
So Mystic Kick has had alot of different experiences on both pro and semi pro circuits. The group has a built a large fan base that stretches across Canada and into the USA and even as far as the UK having played at hundreds of venues and is sure to grow fast. Mystick Kick was the headliner at the Belleville Waterfront and Ethnic Festival back in 2008. Mystic Kick was the Deseronto Waterfront Festival Headliner on July 2nd 2010. They have played many festivals and events as well as special fundraisers to raise money for both the Canadian and USA Troops as well as other great causes such as The Canadian Cancer Society, The MS Foundation and many more.
In the past Mystic Kick was known as an orignal band with orignal material they did very well with Their music being played on many online radio stations as well as several radio stations across Ontario however that jorney had ended do to band member changes with adding a Canadian Celebrity for a bit so they focused on playing Classic Rock Covers during this period of the past 2 years. Although Mystic Kick is still doing the Classic Rock Tribute thing they are also going back to their roots and writing some new original material for the new future.
Mystic kick strives to rank amongst the best bands in Canadian music and will continue to push forward with all their great fan support and talent. Mystic Kick is not only going to give you great music to listen and dance too, but wish to give you an experience you will take with you and want to share with friends now and in the future.
