In order to serve you better, we would like to explain our shipping policies. Currently we ship throughout Canada and the United States only.

USA Shipping Only
For those in the United States please allow and extra week or 2 for shipping.

Ground Shipping Only
Please note that orders received on a Friday are processed on the following Monday. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders being shipped by ground usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of being processed.
If sending a check shipping will not commence untill check has cleared.
Tracking Waybill Information
MysticKick.com offers a tool to track the progress of your shipment. Once your order is processed and shipped out, a tracking number is emailed to the customer. Use this tracking number to contact the shipping company and they will provide you detailed information as to the location of your purchase.

Ship Addresses
All deliveries must be made to a physical address (we do not accept P.O. Boxes).

Deliveries
To determine the arrival day of your purchase, count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed.

Return Policy
We do not offer a return policy on anything in our store however if you have something shipped to you it is covered by the shipping company as far as damages due to shipping if any. If you believe your merchandise is damaged before shipping we would ask that you send it back and we will send you back the same but new merchandise with the shipping costs on us.
